Stephanie Prey Tettemer, Attorney at Law
Education & Experience
Attorney Tettemer graduated from The Masters School, Dobbs Ferry, New York. She the attended and graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York. She graduated with Bachelor of Arts, with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in English. Attorney Tettemer graduated from the Sturm College of Law, University of Denver, Denver, Colorado in 1987. Attorney Tettemer was a member of DU Mock Trial Team. She participated in Mock Trial competitions placing first in local and regional competitions and competed at the national level.
She was admitted to New Jersey and New York jurisdictions as a member of each Bar in June of 1988. Attorney Tettemer was admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia in 1989. She was employed as an Assistant Prosecutor assigned to the Trial Unit, Appellate Unit, Sex Crimes Unit and Narcotics Unit for approximately twelve years. Attorney Tettemer engaged in private practice and was appointed as a Municipal Prosecutor for several towns in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. She taught Business, Law and Paralegal Studies as an Associate Professor for 15 years locally while engaging in private practice. She is also a Family Law Mediator with 17 years experience qualified to mediate family law matters in New Jersey and New York. Attorney Tettemer has 35 years of legal experience as a former Assistant Prosecutor, Municipal Prosecutor, Associate Professor, Mediator and Private Practitioner.
Stephanie is a current member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association and the Hunterdon County Bar Association.
Mark W. Phillips, Attorney at Law
Education & Experience
Mark attended Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana where he was granted a BS in Business Administration. In 1989, Mark received a Masters of Business Administration from Ride University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He completed his Juris Doctor Degree in 1993 where he was on the Dean’s List at the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.
Mark W. Phillips, Esq. has 30 years of legal experience. He has been dedicated to the causes of his clients and treats them with the respect and compassion that they deserve. While he strives to assist his clients in reaching amicable resolutions to their cases, which can be quite complicated, he is and ardent and talented litigator if settlements are not achieved. He has extensive trial experience. He is currently conducting Civil, Probate and Family litigation for the Firm. He has also served as a panelist for the Hunterdon County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program for many years.
Mark’s practice of law is primarily focused on Construction Litigation, Civil Litigation and Probate Law. In Family Law he has handled Divorce Complaints, Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Domestic Violence, Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P), and Prenuptial Agreements. With Civil Law he has handled such matters as Employment Discrimination, Hostile Work Environments and Sexual Harassment, Consumer Fraud, Construction Defects, Landlord/Tenant, and Contract Disputes
Mark is a current member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hunterdon County Bar Association.

Education & Experience
Liz received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1988 from Golden Gate University of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1988. She is affiliated with Tettemer Law Offices LLC, serving of counsel to the Firm.
She was a partner with Carluccio, Greco & Marchese, Esqs. in Hoboken, N.J. focusing on Civil, Criminal, Guardian Ad Litem and Family litigation during that time. She took 8 years off to prioritize her family and has jumped back into litigation joining Tettemer Law Offices, LLC in August 2022 Of Counsel, to work in the Family Law section.
She is also qualified to conduct Family Law Mediation Services and sessions.
